Another boring healthy food plan or meal design of course, but what i will give you from this is much more different.
those food like strawberries, blueberries and every fruit with the end berries is considered a low calorie dense food meaning that you can eat a lot of it without gaining that much of fat.
For example strawberries that taste good in itself have only 320 calories in a 1 KG of it !
assuming that you will be able to eat that much. What you can get from that info that you can add certain types of foods to your diet at that moments you feel that you are craving eating and want to binge on something instead of binging on high-calories foods such as nuts, avocado or even fast foods like pizza and burger that are loaded with calories granting weight gain you can load on those following foods without fear and after eating guilt feeling like:
Leafy Greens: Spinach, kale, and Swiss chard are incredibly low in calories and high in vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
Broccoli: This cruciferous veggie is packed with nutrients and fiber, helping you feel full.
Berries: Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries are sweet and satisfying but low in calories.
Cucumbers: Composed mostly of water, cucumbers are very low in calories and refreshing.
Zucchini: This versatile vegetable can be used in a variety of dishes and is low in calories.
Tomatoes: Rich in vitamins and antioxidants, tomatoes are low-calorie and can be added to many meals.
Cauliflower: Another cruciferous veggie that’s low in calories and can be used as a substitute for higher-calorie ingredients.
Bell Peppers: High in vitamins A and C, bell peppers are crunchy and low in calories.
Asparagus: This nutrient-dense vegetable is low in calories and high in fiber.
Celery: With its high water content, celery is very low in calories and perfect for snacking.
